Teenagers

Adolescence can feel overwhelming, with intense emotions, peer pressure, and struggles with identity and self-esteem. We support teens in learning healthy coping skills, building confidence, and developing stronger communication with family and friends.

Emotional Intensity

Many teens feel emotions very strongly, leading to mood swings, anger outbursts, or shutting down. We help teens learn healthy ways to regulate these big feelings.

Identity and Self-Esteem Struggles

Adolescence is a time of self-discovery, but it often comes with doubt and insecurity. We support teens in developing a stronger sense of identity and self-worth.

Family Conflict

Miscommunication or tension at home can leave teens feeling misunderstood. We work on improving communication and fostering stronger family connections.

Peer Pressure and Social Stress

Navigating friendships, peer expectations, and social media can feel overwhelming. Therapy provides tools for handling stress and building confidence in social situations.

School and Academic Pressure

Stress around grades, tests, or future goals can take a toll. Therapy helps teens build resilience and healthier ways to manage academic challenges.

Risky Behaviors and Self-Harm

Some teens turn to self-harm, substance use, or other unsafe behaviors to cope. We provide safe, supportive care to replace harmful patterns with healthier coping strategies.
