Fiona Williams, MSWi is a psychotherapist in training at Columbia University, studying DBT. She is passionate about helping clients build emotional regulation skills and create meaningful change.

Dena Agapion, LCSW is a psychotherapist with decades of experience in DBT, CBT, and trauma treatment. She co-founded a private practice with Susan Cappi and works with adults facing complex diagnoses, including BPD and PTSD.

Talia Saxe, LMSW is a psychotherapist trained in DBT, RO-DBT, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in clinical and community settings.

Emily Stowell, LCSW is a DBT specialist with experience treating personality disorders, addictions, and compulsive behaviors. Trained at Columbia University and by Dr. Charles Swenson, she now maintains a private practice helping adults build fulfilling lives.
