Fiona is a second-year Master of Social Work student at Columbia University School of Social Work, where she is currently studying Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and has professional experience in multiple school settings, working collaboratively with students and parents to support social-emotional development and academic success. For the past five years, Fiona has also volunteered with Crisis Text Line, providing compassionate, evidence-informed support to individuals in crisis. She is passionate about integrating DBT principles into clinical practice to help clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
