An 8-Week Beginner-Friendly Virtual Group
Eastside DBT NYC is offering an 8-week mindfulness group for adults who want to learn practical tools for calm, clarity, and self-compassion in daily life.
This group is designed to be accessible and welcoming. No meditation experience or DBT knowledge is needed.
Each 45-minute session includes a short teaching, guided mindfulness practice, and reflection. Participants will learn ways to feel more present, respond instead of react, build self-compassion, and manage stress with greater awareness.
